The accommodation was exactly as described, bigger than I'd imagined and in a beautiful setting. It was wonderfully clean and high quality with everything we could have needed including the small important things we always forget in self-catering - washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. Asma and Lisa could not have been more helpful or accommodating. A perfect stay, thank you so much.

The Apartment had every amenity you could wish for, a real home from home, loved the welcome tea and coffee set up and the hot water bottles were most welcome.
The views from every window were spectacular all furniture, bedding was to a high standard. The jet tub was sheer luxury 😌

The apartments themselves were super spacious and well furnished. Each flat had its own heating you could control which was lovely, and there were tons of nice little additions such as a carton of fresh milk for tea and a fully kitted out kitchen. The views of the Quay and Douglas Head are amazing, and our son just loved window gazing. The receptionist was also lovely, providing extra tea and assistance when requested.

Great views of Douglas bay from the penthouse apartment! It was well equipped with everything we needed. Super location; restaurants and shops within walking distance and a short walk to the electric tram and railway station for days out.
Loved the apartment experience and location. Very relaxing and spacious, with a bit of a sea view (Flat 10 at top, view obscured a bit by the bay window below, but still a great sea view). Great base for 3 people for exploring the Isle.
The property was a lovely studio flat with bed, sofa, dining table and kitchen all in one room plus a separate shower room. Very clean, smart and comfortable. Quiet at nighttime. Near to the town and promenade. Always parking available on the road outside (2 hour limit 8-6 but we were out a lot so that was fine).
Very spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable penthouse apartment, in a very convenient location; nice view over the marina. Well serviced each day, and a good quality continental breakfast delivered each day (perhaps a little variety in its content would be good for those staying a week or more).

Every day lovely ingredients for breakfast were delivered for the next day - croissants, butter and jam,, cereals, juice, fruit, yoghourt, milk, tea, coffee etc.
