Firstly, the host was superb!! Great communication throughout, our big fluffy golden retriever even got to have a doggy play date with their little Fifi dog 🐶
Lavender lodge was incredibly clean, I've stayed in lots and lots of hotels/lodges/airbnbs etc and there is usually always something missing, but they have thought of everything here, even little treats for our dog. Games for the children, washing up liquid... Oh and we even found milk and bottles of water and fruit shoots for the children!!
The hot tub was an added bonus, the children enjoyed it in the evening and we all enjoyed it as a family the next morning, and as it was my birthday, it was a lovely start to the day.

Beautiful property, very spacious and homely. Bedrooms were lovely setup, the bed was absolutely comfortable had an amazing sleep and even had a travel cot under the bed. Shower and bath in property and the shower was beautiful. We didn't get to stay long as we arrived at night and had a funeral so was a short stay, would definitely visit again.
Well maintained and spacious. Our family of four had the two bedroom upstairs apartment. The children (both under 10) loved the bunk-beds and crates of toys in their room. Both kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with pretty much all you need and some next extra touches with complimentary toiletries etc. There is a good sized kitchen in the apartment with fridge, cooker and microwave. Morrison’s is practically opposite the property, very handy for groceries etc.
Location to our job is perfect and everything is very handy in relation to these apartments just out the door and eveything you need is in 5 minutes reach
Excellent, hosts friendly and helpful. Apartment finished to a high standard. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay , in the town but only minutes from the A47 . I would recommend Glendale to anyone for long or short stay.
Nice location a short walk from the town centre. Very clean and spacious self catering accommodation with all needs/bases covered by the hosts, with little extras, tea, coffee, milk on arrival etc.
Very well equipped holiday accommodation based on a studio style bedroom, smart modern kitchen and small shower-room. Very friendly owners and easy key pick-up, all the basics (tea/coffee/sugar etc) provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge - thanks
Comfortable and quiet, despite being on the road. Cycle path/walk into town and off-road parking too. Good base if you need to be around Dereham for a couple of nights
