The owner had the heating on and the apt was warm and comfortable when we arrived. We only stayed one night but my son really liked staying there as well and wants to go back to stay there the next time we are in Norfolk!

The sage cottage was very cute with everything you need for your stay, from towels to kitchen utensils, tv, hairdryer, extra sheets..very comfortable and cozy there is also a patio outside where you can relax. Unfortunately we just stayed one night and during winter time so not the best weather to enjoy the nature, but I bet this place with a nice weather would be simply amazing! Also we saw so many stars in the night when we walked our dog and it was beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean.

Beautiful property, very spacious and homely. Bedrooms were lovely setup, the bed was absolutely comfortable had an amazing sleep and even had a travel cot under the bed. Shower and bath in property and the shower was beautiful. We didn't get to stay long as we arrived at night and had a funeral so was a short stay, would definitely visit again.
Well maintained and spacious. Our family of four had the two bedroom upstairs apartment. The children (both under 10) loved the bunk-beds and crates of toys in their room. Both kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with pretty much all you need and some next extra touches with complimentary toiletries etc. There is a good sized kitchen in the apartment with fridge, cooker and microwave. Morrison’s is practically opposite the property, very handy for groceries etc.
Location to our job is perfect and everything is very handy in relation to these apartments just out the door and eveything you need is in 5 minutes reach
Excellent, hosts friendly and helpful. Apartment finished to a high standard. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay , in the town but only minutes from the A47 . I would recommend Glendale to anyone for long or short stay.
Nice location a short walk from the town centre. Very clean and spacious self catering accommodation with all needs/bases covered by the hosts, with little extras, tea, coffee, milk on arrival etc.
Very well equipped holiday accommodation based on a studio style bedroom, smart modern kitchen and small shower-room. Very friendly owners and easy key pick-up, all the basics (tea/coffee/sugar etc) provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge - thanks
Comfortable and quiet, despite being on the road. Cycle path/walk into town and off-road parking too. Good base if you need to be around Dereham for a couple of nights
