Free parking space, 3 bedrooms and a closed living room were perfect for our 5 person family.
The washer/dryer worked well. And walking distance to ALL of Perth. Plus a grocery store right out the door.
Owners were super nice and long time locals.

everything was perfect. the flat was spotless and very comfortable. even washing up was a pleasure with the neighbours doves to watch come and go.

The location is perfect for a peaceful get away, located in the walled garden of a country property. Nice easy walk round the grounds and the river. Within a 15 min drive of Auchterarder, Crieff and Gleneagles. Property is well equipped and if you are self catering then it has everything you need for cooking.

Location was perfect just a 5 minute walk to centre of Crieff. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable probably best bed I've slept in when on holiday..Had all amenities for a self catering apartment. Owner was very nice and helpful so thanks for a lovely stay.👍
Location difficult to find apartment, entrance to building was dark dingy stairwell..Flat nice once accessed.
There is no parking to the rear of building as suggested. Although there was space to park I was asked to move as it is someone else’s land! Misleading sign on garden space suggests rear entrance to house. It is not.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely flat. It had everything we needed to make the most of our break, with games/dvds and lots of helpful information about attractions in the local area. The hosts made us feel so welcome with their excellent communication too - many thanks! We would heartily recommend the Garden Flat for exploring the Perthshire area or just to relax and get away from it all!
The Crieff Armoury is a fantastic apartment to stay in when you plan to visit Crieff and surrounding areas. The flat is very spacious, is very well equipped and the beds are fantastic. The kitchen is super and the large dining table provides a great area not only to dine at but to play games , read the paper,etc
