This was a good stop off point for our trip and broke our journey up. The Den is an excellent size. Everything is well laid out. The hosts have clearly put a lot of time and thought into everything. Excellent apartment, very well equipped & decorated. Great space in living area for catching up with friends. Lovely wee village with nice walks, shops & fabulous coffee shop. We had dinner next door in the hotel, lovely place & food was really good, staff lovely too. Only stayed 1 night but would definitely return.

Fantastic location. Quiet and relaxing. Ronnie the owner was there to greet us and was available 24/7 if required. Dog friendly with a beautiful and safe enclosed garden. Self catering, however, there was plenty of tea and coffee to last us during our stay as well as fresh milk and sealed pastries in the property on our arrival.
Location was perfect just a 5 minute walk to centre of Crieff. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable probably best bed I've slept in when on holiday..Had all amenities for a self catering apartment. Owner was very nice and helpful so thanks for a lovely stay.👍
Location difficult to find apartment, entrance to building was dark dingy stairwell..Flat nice once accessed.
There is no parking to the rear of building as suggested. Although there was space to park I was asked to move as it is someone else’s land! Misleading sign on garden space suggests rear entrance to house. It is not.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely flat. It had everything we needed to make the most of our break, with games/dvds and lots of helpful information about attractions in the local area. The hosts made us feel so welcome with their excellent communication too - many thanks! We would heartily recommend the Garden Flat for exploring the Perthshire area or just to relax and get away from it all!
