The facilities included everything we needed for our stay. The apartments were spotlessly clean, and Laurent, the owner, was very helpful and attentive.
The studio is beautifully situated with impressive views over the city. It is very stylish, comfortable and well equipped. The private terrace was perfect and the air conditioning most welcome.
Lauren was charming and helpful. I was sorry to leave so soon.

The apartment is excellent. It's not close to Toulouse but it's in a very pleasant area. The interior design is beautiful. It has all the necessary equipment to cook, namely an oven combined with microwave.

It is situated in the hills with a view on the city of Toulouse. Outside a big terrace with lounge chairs, a small table with bar stools and enough space to park your car. It’s just like the foto’s

At first we were tempted to opt for a hotel in the area but we're so glad we didn't. Le7 was just wonderful. A beautiful little apartment close enough to the city of Toulouse to get there for a day trip or go out for dinner -- but far enough away to be completely quite and relaxing.
The views from the apartment and balcony were beautiful too.
The apartment itself is very modern, really nice shower, air conditioned, small but fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa.
