We are a family of four with two little boys (age 4 and 2) and a cat. We stayed for 20 days and we really loved it.
The place is as described. Very nicely arranged and conveniently equipped with all you need. We found it very clean.
Despite being a bit small for a family of four, the private garden was great for our little ones to play.
Very quiet as it is far enough from the road.
Friendly neighbours. Bus stop super close takes you to the city center and other areas of Toulouse. Bus service is good even on weekends you don’t need to wait a long time for the bus.
The host is really responsive and very helpful when you have a doubt or need some support.

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. Set in a quiet gated compound with a small enclosed garden area suitable for our dog. The bus stop into the center of Toulouse is only 50 meters away and a very good service. Marie-Christine was always available to help if needed.

At first we were tempted to opt for a hotel in the area but we're so glad we didn't. Le7 was just wonderful. A beautiful little apartment close enough to the city of Toulouse to get there for a day trip or go out for dinner -- but far enough away to be completely quite and relaxing.
The views from the apartment and balcony were beautiful too.
