We loved our stay at Bob W. Koti Ullanlinna in Helsinki. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a large bed facing windows looking out on a courtyard, 2 large closets, a full kitchen with a large refrigerator and small freezer, and a large bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. They also provided charging cords, yoga mats, hairdryer, water bottles, and a free gym to use. The location was ideal. It was next door to a restaurant-bakery, a block from a beautiful church, a couple of blocks from a grocery store and easy walking distance to the Esplanadi and everything else in Helsinki. Communication was outstanding. We got detailed instructions on entering our room after hours and follow-up messages. As soon as I mentioned that one window wasn't closing, the concierge, who is on site from 9-5, appeared at our door and fixed it. We highly recommend Bob W. and will look for them in the future!

Typical Finnish town environment: very calm and multi.-national neighborhood, few nice supermarkets, fast food restaurants etc. The apartment is in a calm and clean house. Location is really good for shops (huge Mall of Tripla shopping centre 2 mins walk away with lots of shops and places to eat), walk through the shopping centre and you are at Pasila station (5 mins walk from appartment). Trams 1 minute walk from appartment and trams/buses outside the station. 1 stop (5 mins maybe) from pasila to Helsinki central station.

Very quiet and safe area and neighborhood. The studio apartment was spacious, very clean and prepared with absolutely everything needed for an even longer stay (excellently equipped kitchenette, two kinds of coffee makers, dishwasher, large diagonal TV where we could even watch pre-paid channels, excellent Wi-Fi, etc). Ground coffee from the hosts. Upon request, we received a bill for our stay.

Helsinki is a beautiful place, we came here for a long weekend to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and the icing on the cake was this lovely modern apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Hannu met us as we arrived, explained everything regarding the apartment, and left us to it. We very much appreciated his gesture of letting us stay longer on our last day as our flight was late evening. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as it well situated to bars, restaurants etc
The location of apartment is great with beautiful surroundings and view from window. A basic studio flat that is typical of its time . Very close to tram station. Check in and check out very straightforward. Quiet neighborhood.

Apartment was clean, host provide towels and bedsheets, and there was even a free coffee, which is a plus ;-) Very good location, walking distance from the city centre.
