It’s comfy, quiet, high tech, in a great location, and with all the facilities you would need. They have great nice little touches like tote bags, Polaroid cameras and a washing area etc. The staff, even though they’re online only, are super helpful and very attentive. Centrally located home-like apartment in an old building with atmosphere (the lift, I loved the lift!). Everything necessary provided, including shampoo, tea, coffee, some pasta and cereal. Nothing like one of them meticulously arranged, clinically designed impractical studios. It really felt like staying at a friend's place. Very quiet and safe area and neighborhood. The studio apartment was spacious, very clean and prepared with absolutely everything needed for an even longer stay (excellently equipped kitchenette, two kinds of coffee makers, dishwasher, large diagonal TV where we could even watch pre-paid channels, excellent Wi-Fi, etc). Ground coffee from the hosts. Upon request, we received a bill for our stay.
Though small, the studio apartment was perfect for a short stay. It was fully equipped and exceptionally clean. The location, too, was well connected with the city center, yet quiet and peaceful.

Shared washer/dryer as available at the comman area. Walking distance to town, pier and ferry to Talinn. And best is; affordable price comparing to neighbouring hotels!

There are many options for traveling to and from the apartment, including trams, buses, trains, and municipal bike rentals, all within close walking distance. Overall, it was a great location.

Helsinki is a beautiful place, we came here for a long weekend to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and the icing on the cake was this lovely modern apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Hannu met us as we arrived, explained everything regarding the apartment, and left us to it. We very much appreciated his gesture of letting us stay longer on our last day as our flight was late evening. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as it well situated to bars, restaurants etc
The location of apartment is great with beautiful surroundings and view from window. A basic studio flat that is typical of its time . Very close to tram station. Check in and check out very straightforward. Quiet neighborhood.
Host offers self check-in, which is very comfortable. Flat is located on the ground flow, it's quite small, but very much enough for a short stay for two people. Apartment was clean, host provide towels and bedsheets, and there was even a free coffee, which is a plus ;-) Very good location, walking distance from the city centre.
