On arrival the self check-in process was straightforward and so simple.
The lift is a bit small if you have luggage but was manageable between the two of us.
When we walked in the door we were hit by a wall of heat, which was quite uncomfortable but we soon cooled the room down by turning the radiators off and opening the window.
The kitchen area has everything you could possibly want to make the stay enjoyable. Instructions for using the equipment are very informative and easy to follow.
The sofa is a bit uncomfortable but with it being a sofa-bed I guess that’s why.
Nice dining table with 2 chairs.
The bed is comfortable but with 2 single quilts was a bit awkward.
Bathroom is small but well laid out.
Nice quiet street below. Nicely positioned apartment with good access to shops and attractions.
All in all a very comfortable apartment for 3 nights and would easily suit a longer stay. Plenty of cupboard space, although a couple of cupboards behind the table and alongside the sofa so not easily accessible.
Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Close to perfect, IMO. The apartment was so spacious, well decorated, and brilliantly appointed. It had almost everything you could want/need.
Loved that there was a washer AND dryer, and both IN the apartment. The floor heating was excellent also.
It was very convenient to the bus, only 10-15mins into town, and the buses are very regular.
Host communication was excellent.

I had a very pleasant stay at this conveniently located studio apartment in the heart of Lucerne. My visit coincided with the impressive Lucerne Light Festival, and I was thrilled to find that the apartment was just a short walk from one of the festival sites, as well as the iconic, illuminated Chapel Bridge.
The apartment was well-suited to my needs, offering a comfortable bed, cleanliness, and ample space. Catherine was an excellent communicator, always attentive and helpful with any inquiries I had.
I look forward to my next stay in Lucerne and would happily choose this studio apartment again.

Perfect place to stay with kids. Great variety of things to do inside and outside of the hotel. Great breakfast and food in a restaurant. Clean and had all what was needed for a short stay.
