The location was amazing. There was plenty of space, including multiple bathrooms, which is not as common in switzerland. The air conditioning units kept it cool during a fairly hot weekend and sleeping was very comfortable.

Great location and the room was very nice and modern and staff James was more than responsive to our needs.
Having some beverages in the room was great I mean you had to buy but that’s expected
Also had ice cube trays which for us was the best hard to find them in Europe
The only thing that could have been better was walk in shower instead of tub

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the main station. The room is spacious and clean. Facility is well prepared including air-con and electrical converter. The views outside are also wonderful. If we had more days to spare, we would have definitely stayed there longer.

Great location only 200m from the tram to the airport or the city , The room was clean and a very good size with everything you need . I had a superior studio suite with a fridge , cooking facilities and even a dish washer . The bathroom was also quite big . Theres a nice gym and washing machines / tumble dryers available too. The air conditioning worked perfectly . This place is really good value for money in Zurich
Location was chosen as close to Airport. The hotel is 3 km from Airport, but there is no shuttle. Taxi in Zurich is rather expensive 30-35 CHF to Terminal. We use UBER, it was less than 10 CHF.
Rooms are clean, the Suite we were was similar to apartment with small kitchen.
Breakfast is excellent, very wide selection, good service.
The apartment was clean and had all the needed supplies, like towels, cookware, dishware, etc.
The location is close to the train and bus stations, so the commute to Zurich was easy. Also, several grocery stores were close by.
The self check-in was very well communicated and was pretty simple.
The beds were comfortable and the shower was great!

The hotel was very disappointing they only offer one type of room which is double bed( not great for families), they clean the room once a week, the service was bad they only offer self check in and check out, the breakfast doesn’t have many options, the hotel is far from the center 15-20 min by car, the hotel offers parking 35 CHF a night , it doesn’t count as a hotel it’s more like a studio apartment , the only postive thing was that they have a washing machines for a price of 3 CHF a use
