At first sight the building looks old. But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

A wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of supermarkets nearby and excellent transport links. Equipped with modern furniture and everything needed for long-term living. We were also very pleased by the compliment from the host. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean and well outfitted. The shower was great and the beds (too) firm.
Only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the lake, train station, shops, restaurants, grocery. (But remember you have to walk back UP again—at least partly even if you take the #5 bus)
If you’re going to bring your dog, please note that there is very little green space nearby.

Cozy place, good for families and friends, the terrace is a gem really. Apartment was super clean, lovely design, really corresponds to the name, leaves you in a sunny and bright mood for the whole day :) Really recommend, as the apartment is great and location is perfect.
