We enjoyed our 3nights stay in the apartment,the kitchen is very convinient since we always eat in the apartment because it cost a lot eating out 😁. The supermarkets are just 5-10 mins away. It is also nice that the bus stop is just cross the road and it will take you to lugano center.And ofcourse thanks to our host for the tips! 😉 Really a nice apartment to stay.

Very clean and extremely equipped appartement. Beautiful view. Check in/out via key box, but all was sufficiently clear. The appartement is just above the train station which is up hill, so one needs to climb many stairs to get home (15 min from old city center), but probably also the lowest row of appartements where you can actually park a car. Free parking was major plus, liked the fact that they had coffee, olive oil, and other basic stuff for cooking. Good quality for money, considering the Lugano prizes.

The apartment was in a beautiful position on the stunning lake.
There were 2 pools, a play ground etc, swimming in the lake, safe parking. The well tended grounds were large and beautiful.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped if small. The shower and bath good.
The owner was delightful, she responded well to all my messages. She left us a bottle of her delicious Prosecco in the fridge. There was coffee sugar condiments etc to use.

The apartment was clean and well outfitted. The shower was great and the beds (too) firm.
Only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the lake, train station, shops, restaurants, grocery. (But remember you have to walk back UP again—at least partly even if you take the #5 bus)
If you’re going to bring your dog, please note that there is very little green space nearby.
Owners live downstairs and he is very kind/friendly.
Cozy place, good for families and friends, the terrace is a gem really. Apartment was super clean, lovely design, really corresponds to the name, leaves you in a sunny and bright mood for the whole day :) Really recommend, as the apartment is great and location is perfect.
