The unit is average for the price paid only thing it was close to the shopping centre which was great Ron was great very helpful and could not see any person very deserted not tidy on the lift area It would be better have clear demarcation as to where to drop the keys on departure as there was red box it did not say anything. Collecting the key was easy as Ron was a great help and one must read the email instructions and follow it

The main reason is you don’t have a restaurant. When I travel on business I don’t want to waste my time making breakfast, lunch and dinner. I want to spent time only on work.
The other issue is cockroaches in the office!!! Yes, cockroaches in my room but it was in the office.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We originally booked a 4 bedroom apartment (Room #1). However, there were issues with the room (broken lock in bathroom, lining in bath tub was pealing off, toilet floor was dirty and not cleaned at all) but staff were quick to sort this out for me by giving us 2 rooms instead. They were all very friendly and helpful. Location was great as it was only 6 mins from the main Springvale shopping area.
