Location was great for a family event. Lovely view from our balcony. Supermarkets in the Glen to get anything that you want as well as restaurants inside and outside the Glen to eat with friends or family. Car parking was easy to negotiate. Train station is next door so if you wish to go to the CBD it is very easy.

The location was ideal, central to where we needed to go. The room upgrade was an added bonus, especially because it was offered without being asked for.
The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, with clean sheets & towels provided every couple of days.
The staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We originally booked a 4 bedroom apartment (Room #1). However, there were issues with the room (broken lock in bathroom, lining in bath tub was pealing off, toilet floor was dirty and not cleaned at all) but staff were quick to sort this out for me by giving us 2 rooms instead. They were all very friendly and helpful. Location was great as it was only 6 mins from the main Springvale shopping area.
