Location is good, easy to get to most areas within 15min of drive. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with 2 pools and good view of the ocean from the balcony. Host is super nice and considerate, the info sheet provided was so detailed and he's always checking in with us to make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing experience!

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this resort in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii features an oceanfront outdoor pool and spacious suites with a fully equipped kitchen. The facilities are fantastic and staffs are super warm. Our room was updated to two bedrooms given we have a child together with us. The view is amazing and very convenient location, there’s a market just opposite the road and only 10 mins drive to Kona downtown.

Located in Kailua-Kona, a few steps from Magic Sands Beach and less than 1 km from Honl’s Beach, DOWNTOWN LOCATION! The condo is part of Kona Islander Inn complex, but this particular one is directly handeld by Chris and Heather, as I believe every condo may have different owners. The condo is very clean, smartly furnished so that there is quite a lot of free space but also a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and storage. A small balcony/terrace completes it. The Inn has a common laundry but we didn't use it. The location is literally in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Communication was good! Chris & Heather gave me all the info via the Booking messenger and they were always ready to answer: I asked for a late check out on the last day (2pm instead of 11am) with 2 days advance, and got answered quickly that was possible (extra fee required). We always found a free parking in the parking that serves the whole Inn, but I have the feeling it might become limiting in higher seasons. So overall we were really happy with this choice.

Located in Kailua-Kona, 500 metres from Magic Sands Beach and 1.1 km from Honl’s Beach, Hale Moana, Unit #110 Kona Islander Inn offers an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. Fantastic location. Very close to great restaurants and cafés. Lovely decor. It’s been renovated recently. So it’s really nice, clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed my breakfast on the lovely terrace. There are great equipments for going to the beach although I never had a chance to use them. There are BBQ facilities by their poolside and a spa in the middle of the complex. They all seemed well maintained. I never got to use them as I was busy with my friends’ wedding events. Lori was very quick to respond to my messages and was very nice. I only got to know one receptionist who was there for my check-in and the last day when I checked out. She was also really lovely. Overall, this is a very comfortable and perfect place for a single traveller like myself. I would stay here again. Mahalo Lori. :)
