Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with 2 pools and good view of the ocean from the balcony. Host is super nice and considerate, the info sheet provided was so detailed and he's always checking in with us to make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing experience!

The condo is part of Kona Islander Inn complex, but this particular one is directly handeld by Chris and Heather, as I believe every condo may have different owners. The condo is very clean, smartly furnished so that there is quite a lot of free space but also a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and storage. A small balcony/terrace completes it. The Inn has a common laundry but we didn't use it. The location is literally in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Communication was good! Chris & Heather gave me all the info via the Booking messenger and they were always ready to answer: I asked for a late check out on the last day (2pm instead of 11am) with 2 days advance, and got answered quickly that was possible (extra fee required). We always found a free parking in the parking that serves the whole Inn, but I have the feeling it might become limiting in higher seasons. So overall we were really happy with this choice.
