Spectacular Ocean View - 3 Heated Pools - Seascape er staðsett í Aptos og státar af gistirými með sundlaug með útsýni, sjávarútsýni og svölum. The condo was perfect for our short trip to the coast. The view is amazing! We were impressed that it was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There is a nice paved path to the beach and it is in walking distance to a little shopping center with a neat little market that sells freshly made sandwiches and burritos, baked goods and local treats. Wonderful and would stay again!!

Amazing pad just a mile from the the golden triangle. Great facilities, easy access and the underground parking was a big bonus.

The house is very well equipped and is ready to accommodate 6 adults comfortably, although we were a family of 4. It was spotless clean inside, all the equipment was top of the line and super comfortable. Parking was easy to access and convenient. The apartment complex has a hot outside pool, we did not use it but it looked really nice. They have a lounge with inside and outside seating, hosting barbecue machines, billiard table, table tennis, large screen TV etc. There is also a large, well equipped fitness center. The location is also nice, somewhat in the middle of Hollywood, Downtown and Beach areas. The street is silent and friendly. We walked around at night, and did not feel unsafe. The overall experience was so nice, we tried to extend our stay but the place was booked. I would recommend this house to all families %100.

This was a fabulous stay. Super easy check in. Upon arrival we were completely blown away by the modern, spacious accommodations. We were a family of 4 so I was skeptical that it would suit us but it did! The penthouse unit was positioned right next to the rooftop pool which included multiple seating to enjoy those fabulous views and magnificent sunsets. There is a Target down the road which made it super convenient for groceries. We got to cook for ourselves which was convenient. The host thought about the littlest of details to ensure our comfort and convenience including tablets foe the dish washer and pods for washing machine and dryer. The free parking is safe a sn secure and a huge plus considering we stayed at another hotel during the first part of the vacation ans they charged an exorbitant amount for parking.
