David from Modern Apartments was the best, the madras in one of the beds was really hard, I wrote to him, hoping for him to put a topmadras on, but instead he came with a whole New bed👍 and all in the same day. He was also extremely welcoming and helpful when we arrived later than planned, due to a crazy flight/trip from Heathrow. Five stars just for him😀

The room is clean, comfort and has a free gated parking lot, washer, and dryer. 2. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. They were also accommodating of my 6 AM check-out request. 👍🏻 If you need parking and laundry facilities, this is an excellent choice.

The view is amazing! We were impressed that it was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There is a nice paved path to the beach and it is in walking distance to a little shopping center with a neat little market that sells freshly made sandwiches and burritos, baked goods and local treats. Wonderful and would stay again!!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Beverly Grove Chic City Oasis 2 BR Apt with Den 138 is set in Los Angeles. The house is very well equipped and is ready to accommodate 6 adults comfortably, although we were a family of 4. It was spotless clean inside, all the equipment was top of the line and super comfortable. Parking was easy to access and convenient. The apartment complex has a hot outside pool, we did not use it but it looked really nice. They have a lounge with inside and outside seating, hosting barbecue machines, billiard table, table tennis, large screen TV etc. There is also a large, well equipped fitness center. The location is also nice, somewhat in the middle of Hollywood, Downtown and Beach areas. The street is silent and friendly. We walked around at night, and did not feel unsafe. The overall experience was so nice, we tried to extend our stay but the place was booked. I would recommend this house to all families %100.
