The design of the room is beautiful, the staff was so attentive and friendly. Location is great, only 3 minutes walk to the beach. We loved everything about this property.

Nyumbani Residence Apartments ligger i Jambiani, og tilbyr rom med gratis WiFi og sittehjørne. Leilighetene har stue, kjøkken med kjøleskap, eget bad samt balkong med utsikt over bassenget. Vi var tre familier som bodde her 7 netter i juli 2024, og vi elsket dette stedet! Vi bodde i 4 ulike leiligheter, 1 familieleilighet (5 personer) og 3 leiligheter for 2/3 personer. Alle leilighetene opplevdes som romslige, superrene og velutstyrte, og uteområdene med hagen og de to bassengene som veldig velholdt. Hotellet har i tillegg en flott beliggenhet med kun 2 min gange ned til stranden og med flere restauranter både nede ved stranden og ved "hovedveien". Paula og resten av personalet gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha det bra, og vi satte stor pris på at Paula alltid tok seg tid til å svare på det vi måtte ha av spørsmål. Hun ga oss svært gode anbefalinger til restauranter og ting å gjøre i nærheten. Vi booket også flere utflukter gjennom hotellet, til akseptable priser. Da vi reiste videre til Stone Town, satte Paula oss i kontakt med en lokal guide uten å ta ekstra betalt for det. Det er service langt utover det en kan forvente!

A recently renovated aparthotel in Matemwe and within a few steps of Matemwe Beach, Just Heaven Apartments has a private beach area, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. Location is amazing, views of sunrise on the beach are spectacular. Pictures of the room were accurate. Staff are wonderful, someone checked each day that we had everything that we need. The place has high-end finishes and everything you need in the kitchen. Yes, the building is under construction, but the room is complete enough to be comfortable with no problems. There are a few finishing touches in progress, but our stay was very comfortable and quite lovely. Added bonus, there's an excellent Padi-certified dive shop (Kibwana) right next door, my husband did four dives and I snorkeled. They had great gear and took good care of us while in the water. Right on the other side is an excellent local restaurant, ChiChi, and another restaurant two doors down that was also very good (Hebe Bungalow). If you plan on using the kitchen, I would suggest buying supplies on the way as there are limited groceries within walking distance. Otherwise you need to take a taxi to the store. That said, the staff made it clear they would arrange anything we needed during our stay. When they offer to arrange a taxi to get you to the property, I would recommend accepting. Other taxi drivers do have a difficult time finding the right spot, and they won't be any cheaper.

The bungalows are a few steps away from the beach. The room was clean, the restaurant has a wide range of food options and good cocktails. The staff is always kind and helped in any way possible.

Set within 600 metres of Matemwe Beach and 45 km of Peace Memorial Museum, Malik Villa Matemwe offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ndizi. We spend here couple of days . Staff and food was amazing, good vibes from local people. The best what I never seen IT’s was warm water in the swimming pool even during the evening. I really recommend this place if you want take a rest. This place was quiet but very close to the beach if you feel to walk in the morning.
