Nyumbani Residence was excellent, it was very clean and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. There are a number of restaurants and cafes near to suit all needs. The owners Paula and Daniel were extremely helpful and was able to give us good tips and advice. The receptionist Grace was always bright and bubbly, as were all the staff. We would highly recommend Nyumbani Residence and will certainly be coming back.

Specious room, kind friendly and accommodating staff and managed by the owners. Property very clean and comfortable. Unexpected quality when viewing from the entrance road but it is a new building, still undergoing some construction. We had new and fresh towels and bedding . I highly recommend this property. Our daughter fell in love with Rehima, and the housekeeping staff. Selina was extremely helpful and welcoming, as were the security. A perfect place to stay in Jambiani!

Amazing architecture, surrounded by a well kept garden with a clean apartment and relaxing private pools to cool off after a hot beach day. The apartment includes a little kitchen equipped with basic dishes, utensils, stove and fridge. You start your day with a scrumptious well prepared breakfast prepared by Zena and Happy. Mr Alex(the owner) was always onsite with a warm welcoming vibe. He checked up on guests and offered friendly advise. We felt very safe on the property as it had a 24 hour security guards Maximilion and Samual. Both guards always greeted with a smile. As a hijab muslim couple we found this property perfect for enjoying the amenities while still being able to maintain hijab. We pray that Mr Alex and his team grow from strength to strength.

We loved exploring the amazing local restaurants and witnessing the stunning natural sandbar that emerges daily with the low tide. We can’t wait to return!
