Situated in Madalena in the Pico island region, Vinhas do Calhau has a balcony. With sea views, this accommodation offers a terrace. Beautiful apartment and surroundings, with great view of both the ocean and the volcano. The host was very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the hand annotated map of the island she gifted us. Following her advice, we had a very nice stay on Pico visiting the places she suggested. The apartment is very modern and well equipped with all the appliances we could want during our stay.

Alma do Pico - Nature Residence has an outdoor swimming pool with stunning views over Faial Island and the surroundings. The unit is in Pico Island and has views over the famed Pico Mountain. A very tranquil location, nice spacious cabin, lots of privacy and places to relax, incredibly kind and helpful staff. They’ve got lots of great info about the island and there’s a partner restaurant that is very nice as well.

Boasting panoramic views of the Atlantic, these apartments are tucked away in a quiet bay and provide guests with a great base during their stay on Pico Island. Honestly, we loved absolutely everything. The location was absolutely stunning, the view from the bedroom was breathtaking, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen facilities fantastic and it was just perfect sitting outside on the picnic tables for breakfast and dinner overlooking the ocean. The pool area was gorgeous, nice and quiet and we loved the loungers again, overlooking the ocean and natural swimming pools. This has been by far the best accommodation that we have stayed at in the Azores, and the staff were lovely as well.
