Vinhas do Calhau ligger i Madalena på øen Pico og har balkon. Der er havudsigt og terrasse. Lejlighedshotellet har også gratis wi-fi, gratis privat parkering og handicapvenlige faciliteter. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

Alma do Pico - Nature Residence har udendørs swimmingpool med fantastisk udsigt over øen Faial og omgivelserne. Ferieboligen ligger på øen Pico og har udsigt over det berømte Pico-bjerg. meget fint med morgenmad serveret i i kurv ved hytten. Køkkenet havde derudover alt hvad vi behøvede. Da det blev koldt kom personalet med en elektrisk varmeovn. Glemte min briller og de blev næste dag sendt med færge til Faial hvor vi var.

Disse lejligheder har panoramaudsigt over Atlanterhavet og ligger gemt væk i en rolig bugt. De udgør en god base under opholdet på øen Pico. Ferieboligerne ligger blot 20 m fra havet. Honestly, we loved absolutely everything. The location was absolutely stunning, the view from the bedroom was breathtaking, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen facilities fantastic and it was just perfect sitting outside on the picnic tables for breakfast and dinner overlooking the ocean. The pool area was gorgeous, nice and quiet and we loved the loungers again, overlooking the ocean and natural swimming pools. This has been by far the best accommodation that we have stayed at in the Azores, and the staff were lovely as well.
