Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. Very nice stay. I don’t think there was one thing the apartment didn’t have! Hosts were lovely and very helpful indeed. Very close to the beach for nice walk. There isn’t too much in town (if you don’t get your food by 8pm you’re not eating anything) but the apartment had a great BBQ so the best thing to do is bring your food and drink and cook it there. We did that and it was great. Would definitely go back again!

Waterfront Apartments Whitianga has commanding sea views for all apartments and is located opposite Buffalo Beach. brilliant property and nicely located.

Centrally located in the historic Coromandel Township, Coromandel Apartments offer self-contained accommodation with a full kitchen and a patio. Electric car charging at 11kW worked like a charm.

Situated on a picturesque rose garden, Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo is 2 minutes' walk from Lake Taupo and 20 minutes' walk from Taupo City Centre. It is 2.7 km from Taupo Airport. Its important to note I booked a room with a Thermall spa/pool and it was soooooooooooo awesome!!! I used it every night and would definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful and actually attending to the beautiful garden in the middle of the property upon my arrival. My room was clean and included a well stocked kitchen area (fridge, stove, pots/pans, coffee/cream, etc.). Now it is an older property so please do not expect the Marriott, however, if you want a unique experience with an insanely beautiful garden area, this is your property. It is important to note it is a short drive to the city center, but I was able to walk 20-30 minutes to nearby pub which is along the lake with wonderful views. DEFINITELY GET THE THERMAL TUB IF YOU"RE ABLE!!!!

Located alongside the lovely Lake Taupo, Braxmere Lodge offers accommodation with a patio and lake views. Guests can request a BBQ and enjoy access to our boat ramp. Location although I miss the restaurant! That was great set an atmosphere also without it it's boring. The staff were every friendly and accommodating. Lovely!

Oreti Village Resort offers stylish apartments with private balcony, full kitchen and laundry, and views of Lake Taupo and the surrounding mountains. Beautiful view, great amenities and friendly staff. Good parking access and great location as well. Loved it

Located directly opposite the harbour and 2 minutes’ walk from Whitianga’s main beach, Esplanade Apartments offers private balconies with views of the swimming pool, marina or ocean. Amazing apartment. So roomy. Directly across from the beach. Outdoor jacuzzi was fabulous. Was too cold for the pool .

Situated across the road from Buffalo Beach, Blue Marlin Apartments offers spacious apartments, some with sea views. The property is a 5-minute walk to Whitianga Marina. Free WiFi is provided. Stunning location right across from the beach. Host was incredibly friendly and attentive to us. Felt like we were part of the family by the time that we left. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone

Voyager Apartments Taupo is located 50 metres from a safe swimming beach and it is a 10-minute stroll along the lakefront to Taupo town centre. Lovely spacious apartment that was perfect for our family of four.
