Situated on a picturesque rose garden, Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo is 2 minutes' walk from Lake Taupo and 20 minutes' walk from Taupo City Centre. It is 2.7 km from Taupo Airport. This place is just gorgeous. The resort staff are so lovely, and helpful, and have loads of little touches that make it clear that they care that guests have a pleasant time.

Located alongside the lovely Lake Taupo, Braxmere Lodge offers accommodation with a patio and lake views. Braxmere Lodge Tokaanu is a 10-minute drive from Trout Hatchery and Turangi. We loved the setting of the room, on the nice lake. The area was so quiet, that was also a special treat. The cooking facilities in the room were very good and handy. Housekeeping staff was very helpful.

Position and amazing views from apartment 116. Secure under ground FREE parking. Ferry across the road taking you to Flaxmill bay and eggcentric cafe, which serves the Worlds best carrot cake. Terry and Debra were the best hosts we have experienced in our time here in New Zealand. Definitely would look to go back for another stay.
