The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Overall it's a perfect stay to enjoy Ulcinj. Totally recommended.

RESIDENCE Apartments is located in Ulcinj, about 2 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. The property features a spacious rooftop sun terrace and bar with unique views of the sea. Apart-hotel is very nice, with modern design and well-furnished rooms. The roof-top bar and terrace with two jacuzzi and live trees are fascinating. The staff is very polite and qualified. The service is great.

Located within 30 km of Port of Bar and 4.9 km of Old Town Ulcinj, Lula Apartments provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ulcinj. I had a fantastic time at the apartment. The location is perfect just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool was fantastic and ideal for relaxing after the beach. A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The facilities and quality of the beach of hotel were sufficient. Parking area was enough to all customers.
