Studios also feature a fully equipped kitchenette, while all units feature a balcony. Great looking place, clean, comfortable, extremely good value for the money. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room had all the necessities. The rooftop bar with a hot tub is awesome and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach

A minimarket is available at the aparthotel. A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.
