We got the room with a separate balcony, but other rooms do have shared balconies which I believe should not be such a problem for people. The towels were changed daily, not sure for the bedsheets, but as we stayed for 6 nights, we wouldn’t mind it even if it wasn’t changed for that time. Also, I saw a lot of people complaining about mosquitos, and not being able to open the balcony door, which is not true. There are no many mosquitos, trust me they love me no matter where I go. And lastly, the owners are a very nice and friendly family who made sure we have everything we need every day. Thank you!
