The location was a 3 minute walk from the beach. The room was a one room tatami apartment and the futon beds were comfortable and clean. Most of all the owner was a very nice man. He took care of us and even recommended a beach off the beaten path, which turned out to be exactly the snorkeling spot we wanted.

富士見の宿 se encuentra en Gotemba. I only stayed here for one night but I really enjoyed my stay. While the hotel is older, everything is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. There’s lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel. My room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji that I will forever remember waking up to!
