The location was a 3 minute walk from the beach. The room was a one room tatami apartment and the futon beds were comfortable and clean. Most of all the owner was a very nice man. He took care of us and even recommended a beach off the beaten path, which turned out to be exactly the snorkeling spot we wanted.

It’s an insanely peaceful place, relaxing environment with the perfect staff that manages it! The room we had was spacious, and the the tub is really the star of the show, we already miss it! We recommend to get a car or take a taxi up, and it’s also worth to walk down from there to the city. We’ll come back for sure.

I only stayed here for one night but I really enjoyed my stay. While the hotel is older, everything is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. There’s lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel. My room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji that I will forever remember waking up to!
