Quick and simple self-check-in process. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for my one-week stay, and towels and other amenities were replaced as often as needed. Close to the tram station and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, as well as the Green Arena. Very beautiful area to stay at. The stay at the 4th floor was a bit challenging because I was carrying heavy luggage with me, but the lack of elevator was something I was aware of.

Super warm welcome by the owner, despite some language difficulties - "worst case" would have been using a translator, but even with my broken Japanese, everything was fine. The house itself is extremely pretty and SUPER clean. I got more than enough tools for a 4-nights stay, even the small bit of trash was emptied, although (I believe) I was alone for a few days. The house is more than big enough to accommodate whole groups of travellers, in which case I more than recommend this house. It can definitely feel a bit lonely sometimes, as no one else is there, but if you're out doing things, that wouldn't matter too much. Furthermore, the owner was extremely responsive to messages on Booking, which was super helpful. Other than hat: Clean room, comfy bed, working AC, hot water, kitchen with everything you'd need.
