It is not easy to describe how beautiful and exceptional this place is! The amazing view, the wonderful apartment from the 14 century but well equipped and very comfortable, the huge green garden with two swimming pools, the atmosphere, everything is breathtaking! The hosts (Nadia and Sonia) are very kind and helpful. And the region (Umbria) is wonderful, the scenery is beautiful, the old towns are fantastic and what's great is that there are no tourists. We definitely will come back here!

Featuring an outdoor pool, garden and free rental bike, Borgo Le Capannelle is located in Castel Ritaldi, 4 km from the centre. Massages can be organized on site. A beautiful garden, very nice Pool with salt water, which is very soft, no problems for the eyes when you swim with your eyes open underwater. Very nice family! You get the real Italian feeling here. Il dolce far niente! We will definitely come back here again.

Great hospitality, a cool beer and fruit on arrival. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly helpful family staff.

Le More E I Gelsomini is only 10 minutes’ drive from Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno. It boasts rustic-style apartments, a garden with BBQ facilities and a free outdoor pool. The place is beautiful. Simona was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen is well equiped, and lots of herbs in the garden

Set in a quiet area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, Il Porto is less than 2 km from Lake Trasimeno’s shores. It offers apartments with a lake-view balcony, and a shared garden with BBQ. Andrea is a very hospitable and friendly host, we had excellent communication before and during our stay in Il Porto. He is there every day and ready to help with everything. The apartment is large and cozy - a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms (one with a bathtub), one small bedroom for one kid/adult (without window), and a living room with kamin. High ceilings. Good mattresses, pillows, linen. A lot of spare blankets/pillows in closets. A lot of different glasses, mugs, dishes, etc. All is clean and ready to use. Strengh WiFi signal. Private parking is located in the courtyard, actually, in the garden between olives and plum trees. (the entry is a bit tight, and can be difficult for very large cars and/or inexperienced drivers) A pool with sun beds in front of the building (unfortunately, was not actual for us at the end of September). A gazebo with a table and chairs in the garden. Grill. There were also guests in other apartments, but we did not hear them. So we really enjoyed our stay in Il Porto, Andrea, thank you a lot.

Overlooking Gianfranco Ciaurro Park, Residence Bizzoni is 10 minutes’ walk from Terni’s historic centre. It offers bright and peaceful apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Marco and Virgilio went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They helped us get to and from the train station, as well as giving a detailed explanation on how to get to the famous nearby waterfall, which was an amazing experience. The atmosphere at Residence Bizzoni is tranquil, with a perfect location but still remaining quiet. My friend and I had a brilliant time. Grazie mille, Marco and Virgilio! - Jenna

Appartamenti San Francesco Spello offers characteristic apartments in the historic center of Spello, 14 km from Assisi. Very comfortable apartment. it feels like home. And a good location in Spello. Easy to walk everywhere. A beautiful town and very historic and photogenic.

Residenza Antica Canonica sijaitsee 1400-luvun rakennuksessa historiallisessa Città di Castellon keskustassa aivan katedraalin vieressä. Sviitit ja huoneistot on sisustettu tyylikkäästi. The location in the center of the village was perfect. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower and very clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped although we didn't use it to cook. There's an elevator to its third floor entry.

Residenza D'Epoca San Crispino is a medieval mansion in Assisi town centre, dating back to the 14th century. Stay in a beautifully restored studio and enjoy panoramic views across town. The ceilings and the features of the room were amazing. Very polite receptionist

Featuring garden views, SeiPetali offers accommodation with patio, around 11 km from Train Station Assisi. A hot tub is available for guests, coupled with a public bath and an open-air bath. The house is beautiful. The location is excellent in the heart of Umbria and all the sights and cities are close. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone
