The apartment was great: spacious, modern,clean and comfortable. I loved the location. It was really easy to get to via bus from the train station (bus stop right outside the apt.) It was also a pleasant walk back to the train station. It’s an easy walk to get to the center. So many shops and restaurants in the area. It was so, so hot in Bologna when I was there, but the air conditioning in the apartment was perfect. One afternoon I came home and had difficulty opening the door (you need to pull in toward you!) and the owner was super responsive and helpful. I recommend this apartment highly for a solo traveler or a couple.

The hotel looked brand new, with furniture and appliances. We were only there for 1 night but were very satisfied with its location and price! The bed was amazing, the shower so big, and the gated parking area was very reasonable! The staff could barely speak English, although they were very welcoming!

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit the many museums, cathedrals, churches, bars, and restaurants in the area. The convenience of having a Pam mini-market with a decent deli counter right next to the building was an added bonus. Check-in was very smooth, conducted entirely via WhatsApp. We purchased 3-day MyFe local discount cards, which offered significant savings on multiple local sites like the Castello Estense and Palazzo dei Diamanti. Additionally, these cards exempted us from the local tourist tax. The landlord kindly waived the 4 euros due for the 4th night.

Beautifully renovated apartments with stylish interiors, clean and including all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, a street length away from the beach (where the owners also run a fantastic beach bar) and about a 10 min walk from the cozy inner harbor with several restaurants. Very friendly owner who greeted us upon arrival and was able to give several tips and recommendations. Would love to come back again, and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location with large clean rooms. very short walking distance to beach, amazing coffee and outstanding restaurants. Emanuela and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were there for an Ironman race and they really looked after us for bringing in bikes. Fold out sofa beds were huge and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. The old town is cute amd Cervia (10 minutes away) is stunning with its old cobbled streets and waterways. The beach is wide sand and protected so was a pleasure to swim in. Water temp was low 20s. We are already planning our return trip!
