Mattia (not sure of spelling) on the front desk was exceptional - made time for our son and pregnant daughter in law to check in and rest up ahead of the rest of our family group arriving, and was so helpful getting us a PCR test so we could leave for Dubai. All the testing sites we had expected to be open over New Year were closed and we wouldn't have been able to secure a spot without his help. A million thanks!

We are the kind of travellers who walk a lot and travel around and that apartment was better than the photos. In the heart of Ferrara, next to the sightseeings, we had no trouble moving around with the kids and the stroller. Very clean, that is something I am sensitive about. Stayed only for 4 nights, but we will definitely come back! Ferrara was beautiful and My Loft was offering everything we would need as a family for a comfortable holiday without worries!
