The location is ideal, close to all the places of interest (shops, restaurants, castle, lake). The hotel is very beautiful, just like the pictures. Our room was super spacious, extremely clean and with all the necesary facilities. The staff was the best part of it all. Everybody was so available, nice and helpful. They helped us with parking and extended our check out time after our request. I’ve been to Ioannina a many times, and I can describe it as the best experience. I will come back for sure and I recommend this hotel a 100%! Thank you!

URBANIST er et nyrenoveret lejlighedshotel i Ioannina, under 1 km fra Folklore Museum of Epirus Studies. Der er have, komfortable allergivenlige værelser og gratis wi-fi. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at THE URBANIST. On the day of arrival we even arrived 1.5 hours early, but because the room was already ready we were able to move in. Communication with Alex was perfect and the apartment is within walking distance of the center of Ioannina. We enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

The place is new, spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, the area is quiet. There are kitchen appliances and big refrigerator. In addition there is underground parking with an elevator to the room floor. The additional bed, is comfortable, not a sofa bed! Not a complaint, but a suggestion to the managers who thought of nearly everything - maybe adding a washing machine.
