Very good accomodation. Rooms were excelent. All very very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. A very good place to stay for one night stop.

Our room was super spacious, extremely clean and with all the necesary facilities. The staff was the best part of it all. Everybody was so available, nice and helpful. They helped us with parking and extended our check out time after our request. I’ve been to Ioannina a many times, and I can describe it as the best experience. I will come back for sure and I recommend this hotel a 100%! Thank you!

A recently renovated aparthotel in Ioannina and within 1 km of Folklore Museum of Epirus Studies, THE URBANIST •inner city residences• has a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. The hotel was a great pitstop for us, with convenient late/self-check-in. You can book a parking spot if one is available. It’s close to the city center with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and well-furnished, and the host was polite and responsive.

We needed a place to stay for 8 hours (between 3 pm and 11 pm) before our 1 am ferry departure. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and walking distance to restaurants. parking was easy and Port was a 2 minute drive.

Staff were all lovely and helpful.

The room is very cosy, it is on a smaller side, but since all the furniture is well thoughtfully located, it doesn't matter at all. The bathroom is really beautiful. All the spaces were really clean. We appreciate the kitchen, which is well equipped.
