And of course, the house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The nice and educated host will always advise you where to go and will always have a kind chat with you. Located in the centre of Tbilisi City, just less than 1 km from Freedom Square and 1.9 km from Rustaveli Theatre, Boutique Apart Upe provides accommodation with river views and free WiFi. Room 45, this is the room that you need. Super clean, comfortable bed and pillow, very cosy. Best location (only problem I faced was carrying the suitcase as the road was old stone pavement and very sloppy). Marina the lady was absolutely sweet and kind. She personally made sure everything was prefect.
