And of course, the house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The nice and educated host will always advise you where to go and will always have a kind chat with you. Thank you, everything was wonderful. Definitely worth a stay here.

First, I was thinking that I've booked an apartment. But actually, I found very nice spacious and well equipped "hotel room" with a balcony. The building itself is pretty new. Larger space on 5th floor was divided into three hotel-type rooms with a shared kitchen. What a brilliant idea. I believe that very few of us are actually cooking in real, apart of breakfast. for dining there are enough variety of different restaurants on area. For example, Mai Thai 5 in a short walking distance among many others on Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave. So, why to "pay" for the kitchen which is practically used for boiling water for a tea or coffee? Our room was nice and spacious, with a large private bathroom. Mini fridge and TV. Very comfortable bed and nice beddings. Pictures are showing well how the room is.
