Very nice hotel near the city center. We could reach the main station and the subway station in a few minutes on foot. The old town and Fabrica can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. He is a great host who helped me with free car transportation And with my charger and very warm welcome person The apartment was clean ..neat With a magic view, it overlooks the old city Plates and cups with forks and everything were there The best part was the hot water there without need to switch anything. I just got the hot water immediately, which is important for me, and the smell of the shampoo was romantic hahaha I like these details Also, the wooden decoration was a big tip. I loved it Behind u, there is a supermarket and easy to reach I do recommend it if u r a solo traveler and looking for peace of mind

At first, I couldn't find the place but once I got there it was really easy to move around. The hotel is in a courtyard which is a big plus since the city is alive at night. Nicely decorated rooms, worm atmosphere, overall it did not disappoint me.

It’s was clean, great view, and close to botanical gardens, fortress and mother statue. The location does require some walking up steep roads, which I didn’t mind. The host quick to respond and helpful, gave great suggestions for nearby food as well.

Set 0.2 km from Freedom Square, Paskunji Residence offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Complimentary WiFi is offered. Great location. We were close to everything, all within walking distance of the property. Lili (our main contact) was very helpful before our stay by updating us on the room we booked. Then, 2 nights after we had arrived she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with a larger bed as my wife had wanted a larger bed. We stayed for 8 nights in total. First, we were in rm 12 (2 nights), then we were upgraded to room 10 (6 nights). This is a small boutique hotel with self catering facilities. Modern renovated studio apartments & rooms in a charming Tbilisi typical old town building. We loved the extra touch with the filtered water available in the common area. Thanks Lili and staff at Paskunji Residence for a great stay.
