Location is 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

They're always ready to help you. I had an emergency case and they helped me to call the ambulance, to translate everything and overall they were extremely helpful ❤️🙌🏻. 5) There'a a good cafe in the building. It's a very nice touch especially in the evening when you're exchausted after skiing or snowboarding (you don't need to go somewhere and look for a place to eat, everything is right there👌🏻).

The apartment is large, and every room has a TV. There are two fully equipped kitchens, and the beds are very comfy. We will go again, and I plan to go with my family this weekend, in fact. A good location for a relaxing stay in Gudauri, Atrium Exclusive - Ski4Life is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the garden. Location is excellent, just 200 mts from the ski lift. The balcony faces the ski lift and all the action happening with mountain views. Clean and well kept place.

Plus its near to restaurants, cafe, SPAR supermarket, and a 2-3 minutes away from the ski area. We can't wait to be back here next season! :)
