Sleep 4 very comfortably! The apt is brand new in brand new building. It’s not hotel but more airbnb style. The host is very nice and friendly but be prepared to pay cash only when you check in. Although we didn’t have cash on us she was super nice and let us pay in the next day and even allowed us to do late check out which was super nice and helpful! High recommend

This aparthotel features free private parking, a lift and free WiFi. 1) The apartment is warm and cozy. 2) Good shower. 3) You can find all the necessary kitchen supplies in the room: stove, kettle, fridge, etc. (very convenient). 4) Lovely hosts and sfuff. They're always ready to help you. I had an emergency case and they helped me to call the ambulance, to translate everything and overall they were extremely helpful ❤️🙌🏻. 5) There'a a good cafe in the building. It's a very nice touch especially in the evening when you're exchausted after skiing or snowboarding (you don't need to go somewhere and look for a place to eat, everything is right there👌🏻).

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ski lifts are within walking distance, and a delicious restaurant, ski rentals, and the ski depot are also in the same building. The apartment is large, and every room has a TV. There are two fully equipped kitchens, and the beds are very comfy. We will go again, and I plan to go with my family this weekend, in fact. Thank you for such hospitality.

Our stay at Frozen View New Gudauri was fantastic! The stunning frozen mountain view was the highlight, and despite the -4°C temperature outside, the room was warm and cozy, thanks to excellent heating. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which was handy after playing in the snow. While detergent was provided, those with sensitive skin might want to bring their own. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy. There’s a supermarket downstairs too! The room was spotless and well-maintained, though the lack of a bidet might be inconvenient for some. We used a collapsible bowl as a “tabo,” which worked fine. Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay with breathtaking views—highly recommended!

Maisako's New Gudauri Apartment is situated in Gudauri and offers a casino and a bar. Beautiful apartment! I just want to thank the owner for accommodating and helping us. <3 The apartment is tidy, warm, and kitchen is well equipped (utensils, stove, kettle, microwave). Plus its near to restaurants, cafe, SPAR supermarket, and a 2-3 minutes away from the ski area. We can't wait to be back here next season! :)

New Gudauri Loft #1, Room 411, 412 is located in Gudauri and offers a casino, a garden and a bar. Great location. Right near the Spar and close to gondola. Clear room and bathroom, we had everything we needed: a kattle, a pan, a pot, and all caps. Amazing view to mountains.
