Beautiful quiet room facing the garden. All of the staff members were exceptionally helpful.

The elevator works but it is only up one flight of stairs so it's not too difficult. The wonderdul owner is charming and attentive. Very helpful staff as well. It's quite obvious that the property has recently been renovated with much attention to details. Our room was clean, well decorated and relaxing. The rooms have a very nice kitchenette, private bathroom w shower. The beautiful glass doors in our room revealed an amazing view of the gorgeous church across the street. The room provides a small refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, coffee, tea kettle, toaster, beautiful plates, cups, and wine glasses. Pots, pans, flatware. Small table and chairs as well as a cabinet for luggage and clothes storage during your visit. My wife's favorite part is that hot chocolate was provided as an option to coffee or tea. Towels and books for the beach are also available. The location is great! Close to the beach, a grocery store, a health food store, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy and plenty of pastries. There are bus and tram stops for all of your travell needs/wants We would highly recommend and definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Nice!

When I visit Nice again, I would like to stay in this apartment. The staff is great, they answer anything you need in seconds. If necessary, they are created in 5 minutes. Great accommodation. Pool was well heated in October as the weather was cooling down, making it useable and enjoyable.
