Very clean, little kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge and well equipped.
Location is excellent,.at the border of Monaco and France but 10 mins walk from Monte Carlo and the bus stop is not far away with plenty of buses to all parts. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is great, in the building itself and very close there is a Carrefour, a bakery, a market, many cafes. The room has everything you need. Excellent inexpensive parking around the corner.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Lovely host, really helpful. Finding keys and getting in was really easy despite our super late night train. Very clean and tidy, kitchen was extremely well equipped for self catering. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Lots of storage. Felt very safe and secure. Really close to train station and shops / cafes, and a bus stop directly outside front door!
We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend if you want a comfy, clean, good value base for the Côte d'Azur, and if you'd like to self cater!
Perfect location. Well presented flat. Nice and uncomplicated landlady who is easy to reach and super helpful. Our family was comfortable in this flat in a warm week in February. We knew there was a lot of stairs in advance and that was fine for us. Flat was well equipped and self catering no problem.
It was absolutely perfect for me. Like a double room at a hotel but with the possibility of self catering. I'm glad to be back in the near future!!

Rooms with all the equipment needed, plates, cups, pans, toaster, kettle, small kitchenette. Room is on the small size but very comfortable for a family with up to two kids. Has a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning if you can put up with the heat:). You have laundry facilities if you don’t choose the hotel service and the price is reasonable. Very close to the beach with access to shops and restaurants close by.
As it was self catering, the breakfasts were lovely. We actually went out for breakfast on three occasions. In the town centre the restaurants were plentiful with a good range of foods to choose from.
good location, very clean with everything you would need for a self catering apartment. Two king size beds which were very comfortable, lots of storage too. Would highly rate this apartment.
The property was just perfect. The location was awesome. It was very well appointed and had everyone you needed for self catering but alternatively there were beautiful restaurants on your doorstep.
