The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing terrace view. The owner of the Apartment Mr. Ahmed he was so kind and supportive, and the room service was fantastic with fast in response. Mr Lotfiy in the concierge was very supportive along with rest of the team

The whole vibe of the place was just what I needed and was looking for: a tranquil atmosphere and a harmonious, elegant but yet simple furnishing. The room had all what you need: kitchenette, fridge and even a washing machine which turned out to be very helpful. The pool was amazing.

There is a rocky beach as well as a sandy one for swimming. The chalet interior is very good and well-furnished. The first impression with Mr.Abdelmonem was really 👍 His treatment and greeting were welcoming and professional. He was always available for help and support whenever I asked 🙏 Overall, my experience with Porto Matrouh was outstanding and remarkable.
