Set in Pereira in the Risaralda region with Founders Monument and César Gaviria Trujillo Viaduct nearby, Kapital Suites offers accommodation with access to a public bath. A wonderful place. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The attention from the staff was very warm and kind. I highlight its great location, as it is in an area where everything is close by. Also the price is fair for the quality that hotel provides. I definitely had the feeling of being at home that we as travellers always look for. I would totally recommend it and would come back every time I have the opportunity. Congratulations!

We stayed 3 nights in a clean and pleasant apartment. There was no window directly outside but it still felt airy with a window to stairwell and it meant it was quiet at night, despite being in the hustle and bustle of the centre of town, which was great for getting around. There was such a lovely woman on reception and the Christmas decorations were very lovely!

Rude staff, bugs in the room including two lizards, hot with no air conditioning and it seemed to have been badly painted in the 1970’s. The web site said 2nd story balcony, book now. There was no second story building. I called booking.con to complain. The manager opened the door to my rented room, entered and got loud and rude. I lasted 1 1/2 hours in the room and I requested a refund. The manager said no so I left. I would never recommend this hotel.
