Set 3.1 km from Ukumari Zoo, Megahotel offers accommodation with a patio, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Rude staff, bugs in the room including two lizards, hot with no air conditioning and it seemed to have been badly painted in the 1970’s. The web site said 2nd story balcony, book now. There was no second story building. I called booking.con to complain. The manager opened the door to my rented room, entered and got loud and rude. I lasted 1 1/2 hours in the room and I requested a refund. The manager said no so I left. I would never recommend this hotel.
