A great person and great profesional. I arrived the hotel by taxi and unfortunaly I left my wallet in it but Roget and his team did all in hands to help and make my staying the best possible. Featuring sophisticated European Art-Deco design and free wired internet, Kempinski The One Suites Hotel Shanghai Downtown is next to West Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road. All staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived super early in the morning. They let us keep our luggages and very kind of them to make the check-in possible once they are ready (before the usual check in time). The location is perfect right in the middle of nanjing west area. The room is very clean and no smoking smell at all. Will be surely come back for our next visit in Shanghai.

It’s my go to accommodation when I travel for work. The rooms are really comfortable. You have all you need around you. A short walk to some fantastic restaurants and bars. I love walking to the bund from here. It’s about 20 minutes each way and you feel very safe. The room also has a washing machine which is really helpful while I’m travelling. Been able to wash your clothes halfway through a business trip as a bonus. They do our breakfast. It’s a simple breakfast but it was perfect for me because I don’t have big breakfast anyway.
