In other words, the property is amazing and I enjoyed my stay. Easy access, directly above the subway, within a shopping mall with lots of food. Right smack into the middle of the city. The easy starting point of city walks. Will stay again in next trip.

Everyone was helpful and nice. Especially, Koi Xu, who was sincere, kind and patient to answer all of questions and help me with my requests! The cleaning staff did an excellent job - I really appreciated it. It was a pleasure to come back to my room in the evening. Facilities were clean. Good location, in a walking distance from NECC and Old town. Great value! Thank you, everyone at Lyf, for a pleasant stay!

Featuring sophisticated European Art-Deco design and free wired internet, Kempinski The One Suites Hotel Shanghai Downtown is next to West Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road. Amazing grand looking property. You can tell they managed the place very well. I feel safe from hotel entrance to room. Staff was so accommodating! The pillows are so comfy. Two tvs, great for me I love it. Location is prime (a safe and walkable distance from the very center of Shanghai).

A peaceful retreat in the bustling city, Riverdale Residence Xintiandi Shanghai 长河国际公寓新天地 is one block from Middle Huaihai Road, Shanghai’s business and entertainment centre. A great place, nice apartement, good beds, spaceous with the kitchenette, good service. Staff was very helpful. The lounge was great for meetings.

Perfect location to visit the most interested place in Shanghai. Clean and huge room with all of what you need (well equipped) and very helpful staff. There were different types of food for breakfast and it was fresh and rich. Highly recommend it

A huge plus was the excellent washing machine with hot water and a dryer, which helped us wash our clothes and prepare for the rest of our trip. The staff is extremely friendly—even though they don’t speak English very well, it wasn’t an issue as they are smart enough to translate everything using a translator. They were also very welcoming, and the daily cleaning was highly appreciated!
