He booked our shuttle to the airport, ordered us pizza and had it delivered to the hotel and took care of our laundry. He personally welcomed us warmly and graciously. Saimir made us feel like we were part of his family. Even if you don't get an opportunity to stay at the hotel, at least you should stop by the cafe for a coffee. You'll receive the same outstanding service.

The location is perfect and very central. The apartment is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and the AC works. We just did a hike in Theth so we appreciated a very nice shower and washing machine. There is no elevator but the host helped us carry our luggage. He even parked our car for us. The host was friendly, communicative, and provided some great restaurant recommendations. The value / cost of the apartment is an amazing value.
