Over the past few years we have visited over 50 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, hostels, guesthouses and B&B's. I can honestly say I have never been tested with such kindness and hospitality. Saimir, the owner, looked after our every need. He booked our shuttle to the airport, ordered us pizza and had it delivered to the hotel and took care of our laundry. He personally welcomed us warmly and graciously. Saimir made us feel like we were part of his family. Even if you don't get an opportunity to stay at the hotel, at least you should stop by the cafe for a coffee. You'll receive the same outstanding service.

Estuvo en contacto con nosotros para entregarnos las llaves y al día siguiente vino a recogerlas y nos regaló unos pasteles riquísimos. Nos recomendó dónde comer comida típica de la zona. Muy agradable.
