- quiet location, however, you can hear other guests. The place seem to be more of a University student long term accommodation, so there is a chance that over a weekend more "neighbour" noise (I stayed on Sunday night).

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Location is great, it's clean and you have a 5 stars hotel service. The free help yourself breakfast is such a great add. It's a quiet area yet very close to the night market. If you want a good trip I can recommend bamboo tour. Not far from the guesthouse and made by a professional with fair even cheap prices. Ask Kwan ;)

Overall the hotel is excellent for it's price. Staff was super helpful and always cheerful. It was really 5* hotel service. The yard of the hotel is full of different trees and flowers, so you get a vibe like you're in the jungle. The pool is just great after a day spent riding a scooter.
Soulful property with lovely host with family like feeling. Nice grounds with roaming rabbits, our son loved it. Not far from city centre with host giving us good advice on where to go. Delicious home-like breakfast.
