The location is excellent, just off a main walking promenade and close to the water and many sites. The room is basic but well laid out with most needs met for amenities. The “make your own breakfast” with supplied ingredients is unique and allows you to decide if you want a small or big breakfast to start your day. The bed is comfortable and unit 205 is fairly quiet. This unit overlooks a side street facing north so it gets indirect sunlight. Strong wifi, never had any issues. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were always ready to assist us or offer suggestions.

Awesome aparthotel to stay at! As a family of three, we loved having a kitchenette in the room and found the studio to be ample enough space for us. The workers were all kind and helpful, along with being incredibly sweet to our child. This is one of those places that makes you want to return to a place even though you e been there before - it’s that great.
Another thing of note is that being American, we tend to eat dinner earlier and our child goes to bed earlier. This sometimes makes it hard to grab dinner out if we’d like. There is a great restaurant right next door open from 0900-0000 every day. The staff were amazing with our child and so welcoming. The food and cocktails were great, too. It was so convenient having that option right beside the hotel.

The room we chose was a loft with 2 bathroom (only one shower) and we liked having that. Also the breakfast was good and plenty of options! The small bar and comfortable seating in the lounge area was nice for a pre dinner drink. The female and male staff ( he served wine at the bar) (she had glasses but cannot recall her name) were fantastic and made our stay even better than it could have been). She gave wonderful recommendations and was a joy upon check in.

Incredible location, lovely staff and spacious room
Not much to be frank. In comparison to Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Baixa Castelo, this location is not at central and requires a walk up a slope to get to it the alleyway that you need to walk up to get to the hotel smells of pee and in general is not very comfortable for everyone so that is a watch out.
The apartment itself has a decent layout and has very thing you need but the maintenance is not the greatest.
Great location in the heart of the old town, friendly and helpful staff at these great serviced apartments. Plenty of room, much larger than the usual accommodation. Really great and quiet despite being in the heart of town. Highly recommend!

The hosts at this apartment hotel are simply wonderful. I have no words. They assisted us beyond expectations with everything related to observing Shabbat - opening doors, entering the elevator and the apartment. It's truly exceptional. Additionally, the hotel provided luggage storage, which is very convenient for those with a late flight. The hotel's location is very central, in a flat and very safe area. The apartments are lovely and well-equipped, and I highly recommend it. We felt at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lobby door code and apartment door code instructions were easy to follow. Serviced apartment was very clean and tidy, great showers and comfy beds with a hotel-like turndown service every morning (if desired). Location was fantastic, very close to public transport (metro at the big Marques de Pombal roundabout is about 5 mins walk downhill). Apartment was tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathrooms amply stocked; overall, very happy with our stay and would certainly stay again.
We liked the fact that it was a self-catering apartment with kitchen, fridge and a porch outside. We prefer self catering to hotels. Bonus: this accommodation is located within walking distance of tram 28, so there are no massive queues as you see on the other side of the tram line in city centre.
